The Journal of Philosophy of Education (JOPE) is the Society's peer-reviewed journal. The journal is hosted by Wiley Online Library, and is accessible here. Access is free to PESGB members.

Four issues are published annually, one of which is a guest-edited Special Issue. The Journal also compiles Special Virtual Issues, including the latest celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Journal of Philosophy of Education.

The Virtual Special Issue includes commentaries on the selected articles and video abstracts. The VSI was curated by JOPE Editor Bob Davis and Patricia White. Read their blog about the VSI on The Philosopher's Eye.

The Journal publishes articles representing a wide variety of philosophical traditions. They vary from examination of fundamental philosophical issues in their connection with education, to detailed critical engagement with current educational practice or policy from a philosophical point of view.

Further details on how to submit can be found on the Journal's page on Wiley Online Library.

Details of the Journal of Philosophy of Education Book Series can be found here.

The Journal also includes Review Articles and Book Reviews.
