The Executive Committee has for some years contracted SAS Event Management to provide administrative support to us. SAS Event Management provide the following services to the society:
Servicing the AGM, Executive Committee, and Finance and General Purposes Committee
- Maintaining the membership list
- Managing day to day finances
- Handling delegate registrations and paper submissions for the Annual Conference
- Assisting the Large Grants and Website Committees
- Managing members’ requirements
